I write things on this site so I don't forget them. Expect posts on Perl, retrocomputing and such and such.
Everything is hand-made. I don't use LLMs and other slop machines. Crafting an ugly piece of software and writing about it is just about the only bit of control I get to exert over my life in this increasingly maddening world. Why would I rob myself of this by treating it as a "task", and handing it off to a prediction machine made by a military contractor?
